We keep this simple: we only collect the information you actively give us, we use it only to respond to your inquiry, and we don't send marketing emails.

Information you provide through our contact form

When you fill out the "Get Your Free Digital Architecture Evaluation" form, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company website (optional)
  • Any additional information you choose to share in the message field
  • Your selections for "Biggest Tech Headache" (e.g., Migration, PM Operations, Cost Management, AI Enablement, Asset Management)

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our analytics tool collects limited technical information, including:

  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages viewed and time spent on the Site
  • Referring website
  • General location (country/city level)

Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address, requested page, and time of request) for security and reliability. See Section 3 for details on cookies.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)

GA4 sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>. These cookies:

You can opt out of GA4 tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

What we don't use

  • We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies
  • We do not use social media tracking pixels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • We do not use CAPTCHA services. Spam is filtered without cookies or tracking.
  • We do not load fonts or other assets from third-party font services; they are served from our own Site
  • We do not sell or share cookie data with third parties for marketing

Your choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies will not affect your ability to read the Site or submit the contact form.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry and discuss whether our services are a fit for your needs. Specifically:

  • To schedule and conduct the free evaluation you requested
  • To follow up on conversations you've initiated with us

We do not send marketing emails. If we email you, it is in direct response to something you sent us or as a continuation of a conversation you started.

  • Service providers: We use a small number of third-party services to operate our Site and communicate with you:

    • Google Workspace / Gmail: email
    • Google Analytics 4: website analytics (Google Privacy Policy)
    • Our website hosting provider: serves the Site and keeps standard server logs
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.

6. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your information is stored on the servers of our service providers, which may be located in Canada, the United States, or elsewhere. By submitting the form, you understand your information may be transferred across borders and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain your contact form submissions and related correspondence only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. You can ask us to delete this information at any time (see Section 8).
